You may well be visiting this page because you have received a message from your Kia team regarding a booking that you have within the next few weeks.
You will soon receive a communication from Kia Motors UK, however as you have a live booking, we needed to make contact prior to this.
From Monday 1st August 2022, Drayton Motors will be the new name for Kia in Scunthorpe. At this current time, no customer data has been transferred but we do need to make you aware that your current booking will need to be re-confirmed and you will need to attend our new Kia premises - just over the road on Mannaberg Way - VIEW MAP

What has happened to my data?
> Drayton Motors do not current hold any information about you or your vehicle. Once you make contact - either by telephone or via the online form, we will - with your permission - set up a record on our database.
What has happened to the service history of my vehicle?
> The service history for your vehicle is held in your service book and digital records will be held wherever the work has been done.
I have a Kia Care Service Plan - what do I do?
> You do not need to do anything - Drayton Motors will process your service requirements as would ordinarily happen.
I have a different Service Plan?
> We will need to talk to you and make arrangements to transfer this over if you are happy to do so and discuss all options available to you.
I have a vehicle on Motability?
> No problem - Motability will be contacting you directly to confirm that Drayton Motors will now look after your contract and we will be happy to discuss your needs.
