Work in the light construction sector and need to carry mixed loads? The drop side is the perfect van for you, as it allows for easy loading and unloading of a variety of different materials. The dropside means the sides are hinged at the bottom, meaning the sides can drop below the level of the deck to allow easy access. This can also reduce the risk of forkilfts damaging the hinges or sides of doors due to them being out of the way. This particular dropside is also an eDeliver 3, which is the smaller of the Maxus range of vans which sports an electric powertrain, meaning this van could be the perfect small journey transport vehicle for your business.
The Luton Box and Tail Lift is an ideal conversion to allow for maximum space for heavy / difficult to move goods. For example, the Luton Box is ideal for a Removal Company, who may require large amounts of space to store refridgerators, sofas and other large furniture. The compartment above the cabin provides even more storage for those other bits and pieces you may have. The tail lift extends the functionality of the Luton, allowing for heavy trolley items to be lifted in and out of the box with ease without the need for addition manual labour.
The Low Floor Luton is a slightly different design to the traditional tail lift box van. The Luton Low Floor allows for users to load their van with greater ease when it comes to certain objects, negating the need for an actual tail lift. The two options therefore give you more choice when it comes to your van, which will greatly depend on your particular business needs, for example, a low loader would be ideal for jobs that require mulitple delivery stops, as the ease of access and convinience makes the stops quicker and easier.
The Curtainsider is similar to the Luton, except the sides of the rear load area are curtains, which means they can be drawn to reveal the contents of the loading area. This essentially means that you have unrestricted access to all 3 sides of the loading area, and also a large opening for whatever it is you are carrying. The ease of access means that forklifts can also help load the van, which could be easier and quicker than using a tail lift in a Luton. The immense versatility you get with the Curtainsider also means you have flexability with your van to overcome certain problems, such as unnusual loads which require security, ease of access and large open openings.
Have a light construction or landscaping business? The Tipper Van could well be for you. Tipper vans allow the user to electronically 'tip' the rear hold backwards, allowing for heavy loads to slide off the back to the rear of the vehicle. This action, as well as the spacious hold at the rear of the van, makes transporting heavy building material, garden waste and other items easy!
This particular Dropside is on the Maxus Deliver 9, the larger of the two ICE vans we have to offer here at Drayton Motors Maxus. The Deliver 9 Dropside means you have a larger load bay at the rear of the Van, but exactly the same functionality as the eDeliver 3 Dropside.
