Modern vehicles are increasingly complex in their design and can be very expensive to repair. Your Wilson and Co Platinum Guarantee will ensure that, should a listed mechanical or electrical component suffer unforeseen failure, you could claim for the necessary repair or replacements (Parts and Labour).
There is no limit to the number of times you can make a claim within the terms of the cover, although total aggregate claims during the term of the guarantee cannot exceed the current value of the vehicle (based on Glass’s Guide Retail valuation at the time of claim).

What is the Wilson & Co Guarantee?
This is an optional Guarantee that you have elected to purchase and provides financial protection against the cost of unforeseen failure of the covered components. The Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Can I cancel the Guarantee?
You may cancel this Guarantee within 14 days of the purchase date and obtain a full refund by contacting your local Wilson & Co Sales Department or emailing:
enquiries@wilsonandco.com quoting “Sales Manager - Platinum Guarantee Cancellation”. After 14 days you may cancel your Guarantee but no refund of payment is available.
How do I make a claim?
If you suspect your vehicle has a fault covered by the Guarantee, contact The Motoring Organisation on 03300 552 079, who will advise of the best course of action and the nearest repair centre. The Motoring Organisation’s nominated repair centres can normally settle claims direct to avoid you having to pay for the repairs and reclaim the costs later. Please ensure that you have obtained an authority number prior to any repairs commencing.
What are the servicing requirements?
Failure to service your vehicle in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations will not invalidate cover, however, the Guarantee will not cover faults attributable to or caused by lack of routine or regular maintenance. We therefore recommend servicing is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, we can assist by providing a monthly budget plan to cover servicing costs, please call your local Wilson & Co Branch for details.
Where should I have my vehicle serviced or repaired?
We recommend a Wilson & Co Dealership who have been chosen because of the standard and quality of their operation. Please call The Motoring Organisation Customer Services on 03300 552 080 for advice and the location of a suitable alternative Service Centre.
Do you have a complaint and feedback procedure?
