The experience i received at Drayton Motors Bolton by Raymon Rushdi was great, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without the need to gather the answer himself first. Raymon was very friendly and accommodating offering both me and my partner drinks on all 3 occasions in which we visited the showroom. Raymon was quick in his responses to questions i had emailed over following my finance application after i had some queries and went out of his way to ensure i fully understood everything in which i was signing up to. Going from a relatively older manual car to a newer automatic Raymon could see my slight hesitation and ensured on handover day i felt comfortable prior to leaving with my new car! As a side note, Raymon remembered i had mentioned that i was pregnant and wished me well for the future. Raymon is a credit to Drayton Motors and was a pleasure to deal with.
