Drayton Motors Kia Boston were great because, having found the car online, and enquired about it I was given a comprehensive video review by Charlie, concentrating on the condition of the car (I live around 180 milres away), and I had already had a test drive in the same model at my local dealership. I showed interest, but was initially reluctant because of the price for delivery and the distance to travel/drive home if I collected it, Charlie then contacted me and told me that there had been a 'price reduction' and gave me an option to pick it up from a closer and 'easier to get to' Drayton Motors dealership in Grantham, and he picked me up at the train station on the day. Everything went smoothly with the pickup and handover, and i was able to drive home within a reasonable time, without needing to charge the car. Thank you, Charlie & Drayton Motors

We had a very positive experience with Drayton Motors Kia Boston. The staff were welcoming without being intrusive, and the showroom was clean, well?organised, and easy to browse. Information was clear, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. We first spoke with Charlie, who was extremely knowledgeable, and later dealt with Jamie, who answered every question confidently and guided us through finding the right car. He arranged test drives, including one of a similar model while ours was being transferred from another branch. Once it arrived, we were able to drive the exact car we ended up purchasing.
