I'd definitely recommend Drayton Motors Kia Boston because I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Charlie. From the very beginning, he was amazing at explaining all of my options and helping me understand what would work best for my lifestyle, especially considering I only drive a short distance to work each day. Charlie was incredibly patient throughout the whole process and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He gave me the time and reassurance I needed to make the right choices with confidence. No question was ever too much trouble, and he’s always been available to help whenever I’ve needed advice or support. The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and I genuinely look forward to purchasing from Charlie again in the future. Highly recommend!

My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Boston was excellent. Jamie and Callum were fantastic and helped us immensely with the part exchange, paperwork etc. Even though the car we bought was probably the cheapest on site the service we got was the same as if we had bought the most expensive car on site. Adrian was great. He made us feel very looked after and made everything extremely easy. His communication and responses via email and phone were efficient and clear. He went above and beyond to support our purchase of a vehicle, highly recommended this dealer and Adrian as a sales person.

I'd definitely recommend Drayton Motors Kia Boston because from the second we walked into the showroom, Adrian Silaghi was a really helpful and friendly face. He explained everything really thoroughly throughout both of our visits to the showroom. He kept in contact between our visits to check in re our situation and sharing information on newly available cars that fit our preferences. We have two young children who attended the showroom with us on both occasions and Adrian was really friendly, playful and patient with them too. He also organised us having all 4 tyres replaced (which was really appreciated) however we would have to come back to get them fitted. When the fitting appointment was organised, my husband made Adrian aware that I could attend the appointment but asked if I could wait in the showroom and work as this was during my working hours. Adrian allocated me a desk and I was offered refreshments on multiple occasions by members off staff. We are super happy with our purchase and our decision to commit to Kia. Thank you so much - Adrian deserves a pay rise!

My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Boston was memorable because they were extremely helpful with knowledge, facts and general information to answer all my questions. The car is great and prepared well. My disappointment lies with the lack of follow up phone calls. We went in on the Friday and decided to buy the car, Drayton Motors phoned me on the following Friday to ask if we could push collection forward and hour. Then after collecting the car on the Friday I was told I would get a phone call on Monday regarding setting up the service plan, I am still waiting 11 days later!
