Louth makes Top 50 UK dealers

As a brand, Kia has been named the top UK car brand by Reputation.com in the 2022 Automotive Reputation Report, according to Reputation’s analysis of thousands of customer feedback on automotive brands and dealerships across Europe.
Kia UK scored 710 points (out of a possible 1,000), putting the Korean brand right at the very top and signifying it as a leader in Reputation Score, Reputation’s proprietary index for measuring customer sentiment and online reputation.
Kia UK’s Customer Experience team work closely with Reputation.com to understand customers, with the learnings directly contributing towards Kia’s dealer partners maximising positive customer experiences.
Reputation’s 2022 Automotive Reputation Report highlights the top OEM brands in Europe by assigning a Reputation Score based on feedback from 20,000 consumers across the continent. This metric has proved increasingly vital for the automotive industry, with the report revealing which automotive brands and dealerships lead the pack. This includes key dimensions of the car buying experience, highlighting the importance of customer feedback from acquisition to loyalty.
