Wilson & Co Bolton were great because they understood my needs and wishes whybi needed the car I purchased and did all they could to get it to the price range I was comfortable with, I was at ease and no pressure to purchase any vehicle at the time of my visit. They didn't just rush me through the sale, they listened and was patient with me as I had my family there ( which is hard with an under 2). They also made the transition of swapping cars over (part exchange). Could have a laugh with sales person and was down to earth. Definitely would do business again with them. Nathan Parker was who I delt with and would definitely recommend him as a trusted salesman.

Wilson & Co Bolton were great because Raymond was friendly and professional throughout the buying process and offered all the extras but did not pressure me toi accept any of them when I refused as some where not practicable to my circumstances. I was offered a trade in price which was at the level I was expecting which made difficult negotiation irrelevant. i developed a good rapport with Raymond and he kept me updated on the progress of the service and MOT that was carried out prior to exchanging the vehicles and completed the relevant change of ownwership and set up the road tax standing order so that I could drive the vehicle away legally. I would like to commend Raymond on his friendly, helpful and professional attitude and received a subsequent message asking if I was satisfied with the car and should I have any queries he would be happy to help.

Wilson & Co Bolton were great because Raymond went above and beyond. I was rather undecided, and a few sales people gave me a bit of info before moving on. Raymond stayed with me whilst I debated every aspect of the cars I was looking at. He explained everything so clearly and gave me all the options available. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no hard sell. He seemed genuinely intent and being helpful regardless of it resulting in a sale. He was there when I needed answers and gave us space whilst we decided. Top class service even coming in on his day off to handover the keys.
