Peugeot Allure Care offers customers who maintain their vehicle within the Peugeot network extended coverage for their vehicle’s electric motor, charging system, powertrain, and electrical and mechanical components for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles, after the end of the vehicle’s Complimentary Manufacturer Warranty. What vehicles are eligible for Allure Care?

Peugeot Allure Care is available on the latest generation of all-electric Peugeot line up : E-208, E-2008, E- 308, E-308 SW. Available to all E-3008 and E-5008 orders. For more details please refer to the terms and conditions.

Is there a mileage or age limit for Allure Care?

The Electric car is covered for a period of 2 years or 16,000 miles after each service carried out within the network, within the limit of 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Is there a customer procedure to activate the Allure Care program?

No action is required; the subscription is automatic as long as the maintenance is carried out within the PEUGEOT network.

What happens if I sell my vehicle?

Allure care cover is linked to the vehicle. The new owner of the vehicle therefore benefits fully from it and its validity period remains the same.

What does the Allure Care program cover?

The scope of parts covered is very broad, and the exhaustive list is available in the Allure Care program's terms & conditions.

Does the Allure Care program cover parts and labour?

Yes, all parts covered under the program's general conditions, as well as labor, are covered.

Does the Allure Care include 24/7 roadside assistance?

The program does not include roadside assistance.

Does the Allure Care program cover my vehicle abroad?

Yes, during a stay of less than 90 days, you can take advantage of your ALLURE CARE services in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (including Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira Islands), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Balearic and Canary Islands, Melilla and Ceuta), Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).

PEUGEOT Allure Care is activated and maintained through regular servicing and subject to terms and conditions.

PEUGEOT Allure Care coverage is automatically activated for 2 years or 16,000 miles after each scheduled maintenance is carried out within the PEUGEOT-approved network.

Peugeot Allure Care is available on the latest generation of all-electric Peugeot line up : E-208, E-2008, E- 308, E-308 SW, E-3008, E-5008.
