Great service, although few bits had to be improved such as checking if you have everything with your car such as service book or compressor.

I found a Kia Sportage on Autotrader and enquired via the website after an unfortunate experience with another dealership prior to Drayton; I was contacted by Cole who was very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I felt in good hands from the start, everything was explained, efficient, various options given and no pressure applied. Have had 4 cars in the past, and this has been the easiest and smoothest experience I've had. The car was delivered in fantastic condition and the delivery guy, Mike, was also lovely and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend and will no doubt be a returning customer in 4 years time

Drayton Motors Kia Scunthorpe were really helpful and I'd recommend them because , Raj the salesman was great from the start. He made buying the car very easy, answered all my questions and had good knowledge of the vehicle. He kept to his promise of making sure any little things that I found on the vehicle which needs attention was delt with before delivery of the vehicle, even sending me a video the night before it was delivered. Would definitely deal with Drayton Motors Kia Scunthorpe and especially with Raj.

We had a very positive experience with Drayton Motors Kia Boston. The staff were welcoming without being intrusive, and the showroom was clean, well‑organised, and easy to browse. Information was clear, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. We first spoke with Charlie, who was extremely knowledgeable, and later dealt with Jamie, who answered every question confidently and guided us through finding the right car. He arranged test drives, including one of a similar model while ours was being transferred from another branch. Once it arrived, we were able to drive the exact car we ended up purchasing. Overall, we’re very pleased with the whole experience.

After completing my test drive of the vehicle which I purchased, the salesperson Richard covered everything with complete knowledge and professionalism . All my questions were answered without hesitation. They could not have been more helpful. I felt at ease throughout the buying process, and also had a follow up courtesy call to see how things were going.

I recently purchased what was advertised as a brand new Kia EV5 from Drayton Motors. However, the car I received turned out to be a showroom demo vehicle, confirmed by a member of there sales team . On the very same day, I experienced a repeating serious fault and had to call the RAC for assistance. The RAC confirmed there was a fault and advised me to return the car to the dealership. They even dropped the car off at Drayton Motors on my behalf. Despite clear evidence—including video proof and five witnesses—Drayton Motors claimed there was nothing wrong with the car. After sending a rejection letter, my request was refused. In my experience, the dealership has ignored my attempts to resolve the issue and is not acting within the law. A warning to others: If you buy a car from Drayton Motors and encounter problems, make sure to get the issues confirmed by another dealership first. In my case, i believe that they fixed the fault and then denied any problem ever existed, the fault would not go away. denying the fault will making it difficult to exercise your right to cancel the purchase within the first 14 days. Fortunately, I had video evidence to support my claim. also i will be taking legal action regards miss-selling advertising a brand new car and failing to advertise that the car is a showroom demo. Be cautious and document everything if you choose to buy from them. Update after Drayton Motors' reply: we drove 78 miles to collect this car, it was close to closing time for the dealership and on the way back it was making banging sounds loud then quiter then off then loud again, called dealership and they implied could be something in frunk or parcel shelf and told us the car had gone through a very well details examination and testinghowever due to the fault we refused to drive it any further had to borrow and insure another car and use that because the fault was not diagnosed by a mechanic until friday. we wouldn't risk using it. RAC confirmed car faulty banging noise. Not once did you reply or comment regarding the RAC’s video evidence that clearly proves the fault. Not once did you listen to our claims that's 5 of us all agreed that something is very wrong with the car. regarding new car why would your staff tell us in person us, that our car was a showroom demo and had sat in your showroom for approximately three months, was this a lie ? i hope someone reads this and shouts out saying i saw a iceberg green kia eve5 in that showroom within the months of late feb 2026 to middle of may 2026, that would be interesting. why would he say that you dont have no new kia eve 5 to display in the showroom because we purchased the demo then at the same time you wheel in a used ev5 in grey to take its place ? I am more than willing to make this RAC video public, so you can see it again, i also have the rac report again saying there is a fault. lets face facts if i had taken this car to our local kia dealership before rac took it back to you , they would have found the fault, i would have a kia report identifying the fault and then the rejection would have been set in stone within 14 days, however the biggest regret was sending it back to Drayton motors . so who fixed it then, because it certainly didn't fix itself. shall i add the video the part were RAC saying there is definitely a banging noise coming from the outside , please reply soon so i can again update it also why not email me the proof of your purchase for the new car lets see what dates are on it.

First, your car is not and never had been a demo. It was a brand new vehicle. It is nonsense to suggest it was a demo or showroom demo or anything else you wish to call it. It was a brand new car with delivery mileage and you are the first registered keeper. The serious fault you have mentioned has never been evidenced. We could not find any evidence of a fault, nor could the RAC. You now accept there is no fault and are accusing us of fixing it?! I'd highly recommend Drayton Motors Kia Boston to friends and family because I had a first class experience from the very first contact through to the aftercare. I dealt with the same representative throughout (Adrian) who was highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Any queries I had were answered in a timely fashion and I felt like nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained throughly and without needless jargon throughout the process, and the car itself was delivered (I live 200+ miles away from Boston) in absolutely immaculate condition by their lovely contractor Graham who took the time to show me around the vehicle and answer any questions I had. I would return without hesitation to Drayton Motors for Future car purchases, thank you for proving that buying a used car can be a straightforward and even enjoyable experience!

We can honestly say our experience in looking for and buying a car from Dayton Motors, Scunthorpe, aided by the great Raggi Singh has been a very positive experience. We had our car service and MOT at Drayton Motors Louth. We received first treatment. Gemma who was dealing with us was polite, helpful and friendly. It is always worrying when you dont know what your car may need and how much it will cost but she explained everything that had been done in great detail and put us at ease. We cannot praise this company enough, we had a guy called Raj deal with us from the moment we contacted the showroom. Raj was very easy to talk too, never pressured or tried to influence our choices. It was all in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. We felt like we had known him for ages. Raj kept us fully updated with progress of our new cars journey into the UK. My second time dealing with Grantham Kia. They go above and beyond. Nick looked after me this time. I had seen a car i was interested in at Boston store, but I dont trust them anymore after taking my car there for an MOT, and them fitting the wrong brake pads, and disconnecting my turbo to try get a sale after getting it valued for trade in. I emailed Grantham and asked if it was possible to get the car transferred over to their store to test drive and potentially complete the sale. Nick emailed me back quickly and said they can't transfer the car without taking a £250 deposit which i didnt want to do without seeing it and taking it for a test drive first. He said they had a similar car at Grantham store which I could look at, but it wasn't the model I wanted. I asked him to bare me in mind and email me if they got any of the correct model in. He said rather than me waiting, he would meet me at boston store on his day off, to do the test drive with me and take the deposit if I was interested, and then get it transferred to Grantham to complete the sale and collect. He went above and beyond for me, and made sure I got the car I wanted, at a price I could afford, with extra packages. I will definitely return to Grantham kia in future, and I will be taking my car there for MOT and services.

An excellent experience overall. I have contacted the sales team with a query since taking delivery and my question was sorted out immediately and was as I suspected me doing something incorrectly. The biggest problem with the car is the user guide. It is too complex for many people. YouTube guides were more help.

Go to a Kia Dealership (not this one) and get fobbed off because you're a taxi driver. Buy a Kia anyway. Coolant light comes on. Warranty issue. "We might not be able to cover it under warranty as it's a taxi" Me:"Well it's been a taxi for less than 24 hours and I've barely driven it. The fault was there from before it was a taxi" "OK we'll book it in but we can't guarantee we won't charge you" "It seems its a warranty issue but we can't fix it today, you'll have to come back in three weeks" "Are you still ok for your service tomorrow? We might need to book you in again if there's any parts required" "Our machine broke whilst fixing your car, tough luck, nothing we can do, book it in elsewhere or at a later date" At every encountered with this garage I've become no wiser about what is wrong with my car and less confident that they know what they are doing or care much in the first place. Five hours in the workshop over two appointments and achieved nothing.

We’re sorry to read your review and feel it’s important to clarify a few points regarding your visit with us at Drayton Motors. Following your initial diagnostic appointment on 22nd April, our team identified debris within the coolant system and advised that the vehicle required a coolant flush as part of a Kia service action. At that stage, we confirmed the repair would be covered under warranty and arranged the next available appointment due to the time required to complete the work. During your return visit, unfortunately the workshop equipment being used for the coolant flush suffered an unexpected failure midway through the process. We fully appreciate how frustrating this was, however the situation was completely unforeseen and not a case of us being unwilling to help. To minimise further inconvenience, alternative options were offered, including arranging for the work to be completed at our Boston site if that proved more convenient. We would also like to clarify that no decision was ever made to decline the repair under warranty due to the vehicle being used as a taxi. As your vehicle remains within Kia’s applicable warranty parameters, the repair itself was always intended to be covered. While we understand your frustration with the ##s and inconvenience caused, we do feel the review does not fully reflect the circumstances or the efforts made by the team to assist. I recently purchased my new Kia SPORTAGE HEV automatic, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Charlie. From the very beginning, he was amazing at explaining all of my options and helping me understand what would work best for my lifestyle, especially considering I only drive a short distance to work each day. Charlie was incredibly patient throughout the whole process and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He gave me the time and reassurance I needed to make the right choices with confidence. No question was ever too much trouble, and he’s always been available to help whenever I’ve needed advice or support. The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and I genuinely look forward to purchasing from Charlie again in the future. Highly recommend!
