  Sold a car in march 2026 with two rear tyres dated 2019 cracked and not safe. I mentioned this after a test drive and have email repiles from the sales advisor to this effect and was assured they were safe but when going to two other tyre companies after purchase as this was sitting on my mind both agreed that they were unsafe for use and needed to be replaced immediately Went back to garage and was agreed to change the tyres but when recieved car back they had changed the front drivers and rear passenger side being told that the front drivers wheel needed changing immediately (so in context 3 tyres now were not safe) but only replaced two Not happy with this I went to a diffeent provider to have the new tyre moved to the rear to macth and then the front tyres changed completely replaced at my own expense as I still had the 2019 tyre which I was told was the original tyre that drives out of the showroom at first inception Now awaiting communication for a formal complaint in regards to this Also waiting for the pre vehicle check document as I do not believe this was completed as surely this would have been found prior to my purchase so my faith in this garage has completely gone In addition to this I was asked at collection day if I would like to purchase tyre cover (this entails punctures, damage and blowouts but not wear and tear) so now I feel as I was lucky as If I took this cover it would surely be classed as misold cover which would be me chatting to trading standards once again regarding it

  My partner had an excellent experience purchasing a car from Drayton Suzuki but unfortunately the same cannot be said about the after sales service which was appalling to say the least. She was constantly given wrong information by 2 members of staff and her emails to the Manager were never answered until Suzuki Customer Services were contacted and took up her case. Needless to say she will not be using Drayton for servicing etc, AVOID - you have been warned!!

  My experience with Drayton Manor since the new management took over has been exceptional. After some previous issues, the new management and their team went above and beyond to resolve everything to a very high standard. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. My new BYD Sealion 5 is an absolute dream to drive, and the whole handover process was incredibly smooth thanks to the lovely Joe helping me with insurance and paper work. Kayla was fantastic as well her knowledge of the car was exceptional, and she took the time to walk me through all the features in detail. Dan and Lauren have also been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. They were professional, helpful, and supportive from start to finish.   I became the happy owner of a new Suzuki Swift today; the process from going into the dealership on Tuesday for a test drive, to driving away in my new car just three days later, has been smooth and painless. All the staff I met were courteous and friendly, but I would especially like to say a big thank you to Megan who sat with me on the test drive, sold me the car, processed all the paperwork really efficiently and who has ensured an easy handover today; she has definitely been a very professional face of Drayton Motors. Top marks as well for the handing overceremonycomplete with a personalised sign, it’s a lovely touch.

  Living over a hundred miles away I asked for a ball park p/ex figure on a £19000 car. I was then barraged with a load of questionshow long are you going to keep the new carsent me overboard the edge I was merely asking for a p/ex figure. The sales manager then barraged me telling me it was a legal requirement. After 5 harassment calls when I said I didn’t want to deal with them. I was rude I admit. The lesson here is beware if you want a p/ex valuation. I have test driven 10 cars at 6 main dealerships in this very month and NO SUCH QUESTIONING. P/Ex values given no problem. This dealer just lost 19k. 2 female members of staff that don’t know what NO MORE QUESTIONS NO THANKS MEANS. OH DEAR I AM BANNED FROM BUYING FROM DRAYTON. OH DEAR
