On the 15th July 2025 the UK Government announced a new £650m Electric Car Grant (ECG) scheme. This is part of the UK’s Plan for Change to help households save money and speed up the switch to greener, zero-emission cars.

The Electric Car Grant offers banded grant levels for vehicles priced at £37,000 or below, with eligibility criteria based on the sustainability of vehicle manufacturing (see Gov.uk for further details).

The highest grant, available for cars with the lowest carbon emission scores, is £3,750. The second level of grant is £1,500.

Peugeot & Vauxhall are now working with the UK Government to confirm final details of the models which will be eligible for the scheme. Kia have annouced the EV3 and EV4 'Air' models will now qualify with a £3,750 Electric Depoist Allowance with 3.9% APR PCP representative finance.

Grants will be allocated and approved by Department of Transport’s Office for Zero Emission Vehicles on a first come, first served basis so please register you're interest using the form below and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm further details of the Electric Car Grant scheme and support you with the next steps to begin your electric journey.
