If you have ordered your Rolec home charger through the dealership, please follow the steps below to start the process.

Not ordered your Rolec charger? - If you haven’t already ordered your Rolec charger and want to access this unique offer, simply reach out to your dedicated sales representative today. Once that’s complete, please follow the steps below.
Step 1

Look out for an email from Rolec to arrange a survey.
Step 2

Fill in the application form on the Rolec website and press submit.

Your details will be sent to the installer, Mr Charger, who will contact you within 48h.
Step 3

Mr Charger will ask you for details about your property, where you want the charger installed and pictures of the set up etc.

Once Mr Charger has reviewed this information, they will book in the installation date.

Common FAQs
How long will it take to have my charger installed?
- Roughly 10-14 days from point of entry with Rolec. However it may vary depending on your property set up and location.
Will there be any additional costs to install the charger?
- The unique offer includes a standard installation, please see the criteria for a standard installation HERE.
- If your property requires extra work or equipment, a quote will provided with the additional cost by the installer prior to committing to the installation.
Terms & Conditions

^Standard charger installation is only available at £799 at time of purchase of an electric or hybrid vehicle

Standard installation specification

• 1x QUBEV SMART charging unit

• 1x Type-A electric vehicle RCBO & surge protection in 4Mod enclosure

• A maximum cable run of 10 metres from source of supply (consumer unit) to charge point

• The property’s consumer unit must include sufficient RCD protection and have a spare empty slot to allow for the installation of an electrical protection device at source

• Cable to be surface mounted – clipped direct

• No ground works

• The prices listed above are subject to site survey/site condition

Additional costs

To be negotiated prior to installation between the home owner and installer The following information provides a guideline of work that is considered to be beyond the standard installation specification:

• Cable runs exceeding 10 metres (chargeable per metre thereafter)

• The necessity to install a mini consumer unit with overload and fault current protection due to: a) the property’s consumer unit having insufficient capacity/protection for the chargepoint circuit b) the homeowner wishing to have an independent chargepoint circuit protection from the home’s consumer unit

• Any additional mechanical protection required for the cabling – i.e. trunking, conduit, etc.

• Any cable chasing requested by the homeowner

• Any ground works requested by the homeowner

• Any other works required on site in order for the installation to comply with regulations

• Any additional or unusual works requested by the homeowner in order for the install to take place, i.e. gas and water pipe bonding, equipment clearing, plumbing work, etc.

• An additional cost of £99 +VAT will be chargeable for the supply, installation and setup of a solar monitoring CT.

Please note: • Removal of the serial number from the unit will invalidate the warranty on the product
