    Superb service and outstanding workmanship. The staff were polite, helpful, and clearly experts at what they do. My vehicle was repaired quickly and to an excellent standard. Very satisfied! As an elderly woman I usally get disrespected and ripped off when going to places like these, here I felt like I got treated with love, everyone was so friendly and the level of work is outstanding, completely recommend fix auto.

    Avoid this dealership at all costs. 23rd March 2026I purchased a Vauxhall Mokka, part-exchanging my Vivaro. Less than 100 miles after leaving the dealership, the Mokka suffered a catastrophic cambelt failure. Leaving the car wanting an engine replacement. Now 5th May 2026the car is still awaiting repair. To make matters worse, the dealership has not settled the finance on my part exchange (Vivaro), currently leaving me stuck paying two monthly car payments totalling over £750 and no car to show for itThis situation is still ongoing, but the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency has been shocking. The customer service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. They seem to think a courtesy car during all this is good enoughI would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership unless you want unnecessary stress, financial strain, and a complete lack of support when things go wrong.

    Our recent experience at Drayton Motors Kia Grantham was excellent from being warmly welcomed into the showroom, no pressure to purchase, provided with an excellent and detailed analysis of the vehicle we were interested in. We were offered a test drive, again with no subsequent pressure and provided with a brief on the EV range of vehicle. It was an enjoyable purchase experience all round with staff who are clearly well acquainted with the Kia brand and trained to provide an excellent customer service. Have used Drayton Motors (Grantham) before, and would use and recommend again!

    We purchased a Kia Sorento from this dealership in January this year. It was three years old and had low mileage and we paid £38k for it. I asked the salesman if it had service history and the remaining Kia warranty and was assured that it had. We collected the car with the only handover being shown how to start the car, but nothing else. The existing paperwork was not explained and when I checked the service history when I returned home it hadn’t been serviced until we purchased it, which meant no Kia warranty. They did provide warranty from a third party but not Kia’s. There was no record of any services carried out at all! They also had not mot’d the car, prior to our collection, so it had to be returned to them for this to be done, along with a wheel scuff. Whilst in their possession, having the required work done, one of the doors was scratched. Although the scratch really needed a respray, they refused to carry this out, and simply did a touch up which doesn’t match. Due to these issues, especially the incorrect warranty information situation, we rejected the car. However, we were told in no uncertain terms that we could not do this, as they insisted the car had no problems. Even though we had been given the wrong information from the beginning! (I’m being polite with that descriptionThe lesson is to always check the paperwork before handling your money over, maybe I’m too trusting but this is a main dealership. After reading your interesting reply I find it very interesting in that I don’t think you’ve taken any notice of my review. Your salesman told myself and my wife that it had service history and service. And regarding the mayor service why did I have to crawl (I’m seventy six)under the car to reattach the exhaust, did ask but I was told that it would be at a cost to them. Time to end this saga.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, however I do feel it’s important to clarify a number of key points for accuracy. Firstly, the vehicle was never advertised as having a full service history, nor was it advertised as benefiting from the balance of the manufacturer’s Kia warranty. All of our adverts clearly state both the level of service history available and the warranty cover provided, and this was the case here. In fact, rather than relying on manufacturer warranty, we supplied the vehicle with warranty cover through to its 7th year (2030), as we were confident in both the condition of the car and how it had been maintained previously. As you’ve referenced, your understanding around full service history and Kia warranty appears to have been based on assumption, rather than anything confirmed by our team. In terms of preparation, the vehicle underwent extensive checks and a major service prior to handover, ensuring it met our standards before delivery. Regarding the MOT, you are correct — this was a genuine human error on our part. As soon as it was identified, we acted quickly and had this rectified within a couple of days, minimising inconvenience. With cosmetic items, the vehicle was three years old at the point of sale. While we always aim to present our vehicles to a high standard, there is a clear distinction between damage and fair wear and tear. We did agree and complete a number of cosmetic improvements at the point of sale. However, items raised after collection were assessed in line with age and mileage, and on that basis we had to respectfully draw a line. Regarding the additional mark noted while the vehicle was back with us, this was addressed, although we appreciate you would have preferred a different repair method. On your handover experience, we accept your feedback. The Sales Executive involved was new at the time, and as a direct result of your comments, we have since implemented a formal handover checklist for all customers to ensure every feature and function is clearly demonstrated and understood moving forward. Finally, with regard to rejection, we did not agree that the vehicle was misdescribed or faulty, and therefore did not uphold the request. That said, we always aim to be fair and transparent in our decision-making and communications. We are genuinely sorry that there were crossed wires during your experience. However, given the level of preparation carried out and the comprehensive warranty provided through to 2030, we remain confident that the vehicle represents a high-quality example and would have provided many years of enjoyable motoring.     Purchased a 10 month old Kia Niro from Drayton Kia Boston to include delivery at the end of February 2025. Mid March the car had a intermittent fault, which happened again in early April and regularly since then. On their advice I took it my local dealership who were unable to replicate the fault until I discovered that it only happens when the is charged to a 100%. My local dealership and Kia UK don't know how to fix this issue. I've asked Drayton Kia on more than one occasion to collect the car and either repair, replace or issue a refund. They have refused to collect the car, expecting me to return the car at my own expense, which is a 400 mile round journey. They are now using the excuse that they didn't know the car had a fault as if that some how negates their responsibility.

    Update 05.05 Please see attached image where salesperson confirms the car has full VW service history before the date the car was purchased. The evidence in this matter is clear and despite multiple opportunities for the dealership to resolve this, they have chosen not to. They proceed to mention advertisements when their own salesperson confirmed by email that the car comes with VW service history. I would think carefully before trusting this dealer with money you’ve earnt as they seem to have no respect for their customers. Update 30.04 This doesn’t address the main issue raised in that the vehicle was described to me as having full Volkswagen service history, which is not supported by the records. Instead, your responses have focused on repeating points about the service schedule rather than addressing the discrepancy in how the vehicle was described at the point of sale. I have followed this up directly and asked for the matter to be reviewed by management, but I have not received a response or any resolutionWhen I went to buy a nearly new car a few weeks ago, I found a 2023 Volkswagen Taigo with 11k miles advertised by Drayton Motors as having full VW service history. On viewing, there were a few issues with the car (white staining on a seat and wear/pilling in the boot liner). These were pointed but not properly recorded on theworks agreedform, and I was left chasing for confirmation on whether they would be addressed before collection. Communication from the salesperson Mollie was inconsistent, vague, and at times overly casual given the situation. (Signing off emails with "cheersI ended up calling the dealership for clarity, and the sales manager I spoke to was helpful and professional, which was a relief.. but it shouldn’t have taken chasing and escalation just to get basic answers. Collection day itself went smoothly, and I was told the service history was electronic and available through Volkswagen. The next day, VW provided the service record, which showed only one VW service (March 2024). After going back to the dealership to raise the issue, I was sent that same service plus another carried out by them in October 2025. At that point it became clear the vehicle did not have full VW service history as originally advertised. When I raised this, instead of addressing the issue, the response repeatedly focused on the service schedule beingflexibleand that their own service was just part of preparation. That completely misses the pointthe car was specifically described to me as having full VW service history, which it does not. I have this in writing, and I also have confirmation from VW regarding the service records. Despite this, I’ve had to continue chasing, and after asking for the matter to be escalated to management, I’ve had no response. Overall, the car itself is good, but the experience has been poor. Issues raised weren’t properly documented, communication was lacking, and the vehicle was inaccurately described at the point of sale. I am now seeking a resolution and expect someone from the dealership to contact me to address this properly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them
