  I've just collect my Omoda 5 SHS from Draycott Motors in Louth. Very pleased with the excellent customer service I received from James Manning, such a nice, friendly guy. Everything was so straightforward. I ordered the car on Sunday and collected it on Friday. James kept me updated with everything that was happening.   I received a letter from vauxhall informing me of recall on my car and vauxhall Drayton motors was my nearest main dealer, so I made an appointment, they told me the work would not take long and I could stay and wait which I agreed to. On the arranged date I took it in for the work to be carried out, the lady on reception was very welcoming and after signing a form and handing her the key asked me if I wanted a coffee while I waited for the work to be done which I accepted. I only had to wait about 20 minutes and I was informed the recall work had been completed. Well done Vauxhall Drayton motors, everything went very smoothly from start to finish, I was very impressed! Thank you.

  I purchased my car from Drayton Motors Vauxhall, the salesman was Raggi. I was introduced before my test drive appt via video clip so I knew who I would be seeing which was reassuring and the whole process was great. The car was as described and clean and bodywork very tidy. Very friendly and approachable and no pushy sales tactics. I received a fair price for my P/E and also some welcome free private number plates and a service even though it wasn't due. I had a follow up call and felt my custom was valued. Totally recommended.

  I have had a great experience with Jaecoo and Drayton motors overall. They provided the vehicle in good time and excellent condition and it is a great car. I have had it a day now an drives well an technology on the vehicle for the price point is also good. I did some extensive research in my own time whilst placing, ordering and collecting the car which help me with confidence in the car. Plus on my visits to Drayton Motor the features were explained and demonstrated until I was happy an comfortable with everything. Overall the staff in my local branch were friendly and over the last couple of months built up a good relationship with all the staff at my local dealership. Even staff not assigned directly to me or my car have helped when I have called in with questions

  Just picked up my Omoda Noble SHS from their branch in Louth. Excellent customer service from James Manning from start to finish. Everything was well explained and James kept me updated through the process. I ordered the car last Sunday and collected it on Friday as they had it in stock such a quick turnaround, it was well worth the 200 mile round trip.   Spoken with Adam. Explained looking to test drive the car and wanted to get a feel before coming to any decisions. Was very pressuring, saying I needed to want to buy or lease within the next week or month or it would be pointless for me to test drive. I did not want to discuss finances over the phone however he did not seem to understand. Very bad customer service, very rude and dismissive over the phone. Would not recommend.

  I have had the most awful experience with this dealership. Went into a deal. Discussed a car I have been looking at for a while. Spoke with sales agent, got sent for finance approval and got approved. This included my negative equity on my old car. The price of the car changed 3 times in this process, going up bit by bit with no transparency. I was due to collect my new car on Saturday and I get a call 3 days before from the manager saying the numbers didn’t add up. The negative equity hadn’t been added to the finance to fudge the numbers and my sales agent has been sacked. They now say I have to pay my negative equity upfront which was already agreed to be included in the finance or I can’t go forward with the deal. I’ve been apologised to but absolutely no one has offered any sort of resolution for this. Any sort of deal for the mess they have put me through. I had the documents sent over ready to sign and I hadn’t got round to it yet. No empathy whatsoever. Absolute joke
