  An absolute awful company staff are unhelpful and rude and will happily sell you cars that are broken, then deny any knowledge of this, then take there time to refund you and this is only after I complained to the motor ombudsman. Avoid at all costs ! I would also like to add that I brought said car on finance and even though I returned this car 2 weeks they are yet to sort out this finance e.g cancelling with finance company or paying this off. Avoid at all costs !!

  We picked up our new car yesterday. Its the 3rd car we've bought from here so they must be doing something right. As usual it was a great experience from start to finish, well maybe not handing over the money at the endThank you Cole for working out a great part exchange deal for us. If you want to buy a car from a dealership where you aren't pressured into buying a car, where they take time to sit down listen to what kind of car you are looking to buy and what price you are looking to pay we recommend Drayton motors. Good coffee as well

  I wanted a very quick sale, I enquired on early Wednesday morning and drove away on Friday afternoon. Ray is brilliant. I told him an approximate time I could test drive and he made sure that everything was ready for a quick sale and I drove away very happy. Ray is lovely, he knows his cars, hes not pushy at all and let me decide everything along the way and he made sure I got everything I needed. Will definitely come again

  We purchased a fantastic Kia Sorento from Drayton Kia Louth! Working in the trade ourselves we very much understand and appreciate how helpful Sean Faggetter was during our buying experience. He was even gracious enough to share his cream eggs with us. Our only criticism was that despite initially being told we could purchase a towbar it turned out Kia no longer provide the relevant parts so we were unable to complete with the towbar but the car is really fantastic and a great condition.   Last last couple of times my car has been into Wilson at Bolton has been shocking , I’ve used Wilson’s for the last 5 years for mot and service and any work that is required , the customer service has declined in the last 2 years , I’ve been spoken to by the service manager like I was a person of no consequence and that’s putting it politely, my car was in for service and Mot at the end of Feb this year and was advised that work was neededthe service advisor said she would call me to let me know when they would have the part , and would phone me to give me an update the next day , no phone call came , I called back a week later to see if they had an update, but could not get through the phone just went dead , I tried again the next day and the same again , I emailed and have never had a reply , I have called since a couple of times and have been told someone would get back to me , we are now in April and still no reply , myself husband and family HAVE always used Wilson’s in Bolton , may I express HAVE , as we are now looking elsewhere to have our cars looked after ,

  Generally speaking a wonderful experience buying a used car. Kyle was very helpful and attended to all queries pre sale to help ensure we had all relevant information to hand. Any prep required prior to arrival was carried out and when a couple of issues relating to wear and tear we're highlighted they arranged to sort out other than the brake discs which ideally should have been replaced as was the advice given to us. Overall good experience.
