An MOT is legally required every year on vehicles over 3 years old to ensure it is safe and roadworthy
Vehicle MOT testing is required by law on all vehicles in the UK that are 3 years old or more. The annual inspection follows strict criteria set out by the DVSA that determines if your car is fit for purpose and in roadworthy condition. An MOT usually takes no longer than an hour to complete and if any work is required it will not be undertaken with out your prior permission.

Class 7 MOT Test Centre at Our Bolton Dealership on Manchester Road
There aren't many places that offer an MOT for your Van or Minibus, but Wilson and Co can take care of your Class 7 MOT needs at our MOT Centre in Bolton on Manchester Road. We are approved by the DVSA and specially equipped to cater for Class 7 goods vehicles including vans, high tops, motorhomes, minibuses and flat-bed trucks.
Class 7 MOT tests allow for heavier vehicles. In addition to the usual checks carried out in a regular MOT, the Class 7 includes an additional check of the tyres to ensure they are suitable for the extra weight, as well as a brake efficiency test.
