Really great experience buying a car through these guys. James looked after me from start to finish. He's new to the job but his motivation and professionalism could not be faulted at all. His communication throughout was fantastic. Everyone I came into contact with was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend these guys.

My car was sent here for a repair following accident. I was absolutely disgusted by the service. Firstly they didn’t contact me for over 8 months following part repairs being completed. Then unexpectedly I was pestered with calls and texts asking to bring car in. First time I took it in they didn’t have the correct parts- but even then they took 2 hours of my time. Secondly I took it again after being pestered, it took them 3 hours to change an alloy. Throughout my dealings with the staff I found them very rude, no manners and kept shouting, instead of talking. They blurted my personal details in a waiting area full of people, their receptionist was very rude had me waiting for 20 minutes before she spoke to me. The waiting area was filthy my leg touched the metal leg of the chair and was covered in something brown. I just felt disgusted being sat there. Thankfully I will never have to use them again!

I cannot fault the experience I receive at Wilson and Co, Grimsby today and over the years I have purchased Vauxhall cars. The staff are always so friendly and professional, I have always been greeted by Melissa on reception who was as always, very efficient in sorting out everything needed for the MOT and service on my car. The mechanics are also very efficient, reliable and professional in their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to be in touch with Wilsons with a view to discussing business with them.

After signing and paying for a car from Wilson and Co Bolton I was informed that they didn't actually have the second car key on site, and it was at a different dealership. Unfortunately nearly two weeks have passed and I am still no closer to finding out whether the second key exists. Every time I call I am informed I will get a call back shortly, but no one ever calls back. Have been calling most days this week and it seems that nobody wants to resolve this issue. Car is great and was sold at a fair price, but would still recommend avoiding this dealership.

Always bought Vauxhall, had 4 cars from Wilson, but I will never buy another car from this dealership they are appalling!! There is no customer service whatsoever, all they want is to sell sell sell they do not want to know you when things go wrong Recent purchase has been in garage 3 times since purchase in September 2021 this last time been in just short of a month went to collect not even been washed and when they did wash it left it covered in bird sh-t Shocking service ! Shocking attitude towards customers that have spent thousands of pounds Total disrespect for loyal customers Sorry Wilson and Co I will not be visiting you Again

Absolute joke paid £400 for a warranty despite my reservations and after only a few months the car developed a coolant leak took it to the service desk and explained the problem only to be told it was £120 for them to look at it ldisputed this and found the salesman who sold me the warranty he said he didn't know about the charge no product knowledge there then paid £9000 for a car £400 for a warranty and they won't even look at a water leak after 3 months later without additional payment avoid at all cost

When a vehicle develops a fault, we would always recommend a full diagnostic appointment where we aim to rectify the issue and subject to any parts required, this costs £120. If the fault found is covered by warranty, there would be no charge at all. Until we investigate, we do not always know if the fault will be covered by warranty. The Warranty you have purchased is comprehensive and we can provide the full details for future use if you don’t already have them. Thank you

Absolutely shocking never fixed issues that where under warranty. also on a service and mot stated breaks where just under 50% when in fact there's less than 2mm on them and this is a mobility car. Avoid these like the plague. My suggestion is to take it to a better vauxhall garage Also fail to return calls. Waited 2 weeks for a call from a manager. Yet surprise surprise they had nothing on there system.
