I recently bought a car from Vauxhall Drayton Motors and had a fantastic experience from the moment I walked through the door. Neil was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying the car, and no question was too big of an ask. He was very knowledgable on anything me or my partner enquired about. I would highly recommend Drayton Motors. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

Excellent service from start to finish. The sales advisor Raggi matched the quote I already had . Lovely test drive of car and Raggi did not put me under any pressure to buy the car although I already knew I would love it . Super service when car arrived and paperwork sorted swiftly and smoothly . After sales and care from Raggi and this garage is excellent, I could ring them with any question and they are there to help .

Go see For Yourself! Having seen a car I liked via Autotrader I decided to ask if it was still available to test drive. I received a quick reply from Tracey at the Grimsby branch and arranged to view it on my next day off. An unfortunate event occurred on the Humber bridge which made me late and detoured by over an hour. A quick phone call and it proved no problem. The test drive was how it should be. I was welcomed with a fresh latteAllowed to ask any questions which were answered fully and any that Tracey was unsure off she made sure to find out promptly. I decided it was the right car for me which brought us to what I expected to be the unpleasant bit, negotiating, with the hard sell on extras that I knew I didn't want. How wrong was I...a bit of what if's from myself with Tracey walking back and forth to the sales manager (sorry Tracey) eventually we reached an agreement. Tracey was honest throughout and when it came to the paint cover or extended warranty etc. I said no as it still had manufacturer warranty anyway, she continued to be extremely polite and helped me quickly locate the main dealer closest to my home. We then got onto collection date, which I expected to be a few weeks but, next day was available but proved difficult to do, so it was arranged for a few days after. Not having a p/x I was having to travel to the dealership and asked for the closest way to get there by transport. Tracey without hesitation told me to get the train and she would personally pick me up. Collection day went as smooth as it could. Truly delightful. I've had the car a few days and even now I'm still discovering new things it does in the manual. My mum who often needs transport but has mobility issues finds it perfect for her which was my main reason for change. All with peace and time to enjoy with no dealership chase ups. I've bought plenty of cars during my driving life and this is without doubt the most pleasant experience by a country mile. If you're looking for your next car be sure to seek out Tracey at Drayton Motors Grimsby. The car I got was that good it won't be for a few years yet but be sure they will be the first place I go too. Well done to all the team at Drayton Motors from a very satisfied customer and I hope the managers give Tracey the praise she deserves

Personally Im not impressed, I took a single lady neighbour who had had a total breakdown and relies on her car to travel to work 50mile round trip. They had no compassion and said the car would want a diagnostic check and that could not be done for over 6weeks.

Contacted them regarding a Cupra Leon they had in stock, Raggi reached out promptly and was very accommodating and flexible. Unfortunately, I’m about 2 hours from Scunthorpe and found a better deal closer and more convenient for me. However, from my experience, Raggi was brilliant and accommodating for me after I reached out. Seems like a lovely bloke to the point I felt guilty about not going forward with the deal!
