    Wilson & Co, pushy salespeople who don’t take no for an answer when you have communicated this multiple times via email. Terrible experience personally, and I got a much friendly service elsewhere, where everything was explained properly. These people expected me to pick up a car, without even sharing what finance deal they have got for me.

    I was well looked after, considering I didn't have an appointment, the young man that 1stcsaw to my needs was helpfully, then when the mobility gentleman was available and came over he was helpful to all my needs if finding a car suitable for myself

    Typically Wilson and Co, un helpful staff as soon as you mention motability and that pretty much sums it up really hence we won't be getting a vauxhall on motability

    Didn't grab the young lads name but he was brilliant. I think he was one of the mechanics. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and also efficient. Sorted my mum's car out straight away.

    TerribleBought a 2016 scirocco 2.0 tdi currently at 41900 miles. Was sold with full service history but was picked up without service history but after chasing for 2 years never recieved service history or manual. Car recently went in for a service and the mechanics are of very poor standard only the service manager was somewhat helpful. Service was carried out with no faults prior and came out with full health check and video. 750miles later and the engine has lost compression due to diesel fuel filter housing missing a bolt leading to fuel landing on the auxiliary belt causing ware which led to the belt being rapped around a crank pulley causing the timing belt to slip. When I arrived at wilson and co with RAC I was told by one of the vehicles technicians the previous service was carried out by someone who had been sacked by the company due to poor previous services, but it actually turns out the person I'd spoken to was the person who serviced it and he looked very nervous about the car and remembered it as it was serviced less than 2 months before. Upon investigation of what happen I kindly requested the health check video which wilson and co signed to say they had done in the service agreement which was not done or disappeared and I was told there was no video. I left my car with them theu changed the waterpump and timing belt (not the issue) this was £1016500 more than any other local garage, the car was sat for 7 weeks and they told me they'd look to have it done in a month which would have been 11 weeks after I dropped it off. In the 7 weeks they could locate the issue. I took it to a different local garage who located all issues in 2 working days! I have been let down, left without a car 7 weeks, ripped off, lied too and provided overall terrible service. Me and my family have bought 3 brand new corsas and this scirocco previously when wilson and co had a better reputation! The standard has certainly slipped and we are saddened by this terrible service I will not be returning to this garage. When I asked the reason for such appalling service the excuse was because one of the branches is shutting down and the staff working on my car had lost workplace motivation! I 100% recommend going elsewhere.

    Had a pretty good, smooth experience with them when purchasing my first car. The car just came in a few days before I saw it parked up and instantly fell in love, of course it was rough around the edges since they hadn't done much in cleaning it up, but they had it all polished, valeted and cleaned up when collecting. Even changed out the worn break pads and disks. My only issue was with the £50 floor mat charge but after some back and forth with Nathan, I managed to get them for free. Overall, had a really good and easy experience with them

    Excellence customer service and a great price. I bought a car from them beginning of January. Within 24 hours I started to get some issues with warning lights. They took the car in straight away. The fault reoccurred a few days later, so I booked it in again, I got a call from Liam, service manager, very apologetic. Explained the problem with warning lights and the fault codes, which none technical might not understand. They took the car in again and even dropped it off and swapped over courtesy car whilst I was on holiday. It was a faulty sensor, but they found and solved the Problem. A month later, a new problem with the breaks. Again booked into the work shop, within a few days, all new breaks fitted and no charge. When buying a second hand car you need to accept there will be issues but they are good at sorting it out. And as for price, we buy any car offered me £100 more than I paid for it 4 weeks after I bought it, so January sales are genuine.
